Shipping and Returns

Because of the geographic nature of Australia and because we want all people to be able to get their items, we exclusively use Australia Post to ship your order.

We will provide you with an estimate of freight based on the weight of your shopping cart and the least expensive freight option available through Australia Post. We use Parcel Post Padded Bags, Satchels and Boxes as required.

Delivery Times

We know that shopping online is exciting, and that getting your items quickly is really important. We make every effort to process your order super fast. We ship every business day so you can expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days. Sometimes even quicker if AusPost has a tail wind!

We will let you know as soon as we post your order and will send you a number which you can use to track the progress of the delivery of your order (how cool is that!)

Returns

Oh dear. If something is not right, get in touch with us right away and we’ll try and get the issue corrected as fast as possible. We want you to be happy and we will work hard to work through any issues.
